5 Second Madness Guide

Requirements –

1. Fast Internet Connection

3. Most important of all, a really fast mouse

Starting Off -

Ok, so first of all when you go to 5 sec madness, the game screen will look something like this -

On the left, you will be able to see the score of recent tries of the other players. On the right, you will be able to see the highest scores. Pressing the red button in the middle starts the game. Levels will appear and you have to beat them in order to get to the next level. There is no fixed of the levels. Each level will come randomly and you have to beat them in 5 seconds or you will lose a life. Beating the levels earns you points which help you to build up your score. You will need to have the highest score in the tournament then wait till cool comp ends the tournament. You can also improve your score once you have achieved the highest score, for example, you get a score of 6000 points. Then you can play again and score even higher than that so that it becomes even more difficult for others to beat your score.

Legend -

1. Shows the amount of lives you currently have you have maximum of three lives. If you loose all your lives, then your game is over.
2. It is a cool comp bonus which is a chance to earn bonus points throughout the game. The cool comp appears many times throughout the game levels. Clicking once on the cool comp earns you 50 points, so click on it as many times as you can when it makes an appearance. But be careful! Click on it only if you are sure that you will not lose a life.
3. Shows the score you are currently on (In that try, not the whole game)
4. Shows the account name you are currently playing with.
5. Is the place where the the game levels appear.

The Game Levels -

Make a face - This level is really easy. All you have to do is to make a face on the potato with the parts provided on the lower left corner on the screen. You must make the face in 5 seconds limit. If you don’t make the face in 5 seconds, then you lose a life. You get 100 game points for completing this level. In the skill mode, you have to put the nose first, then the lips and then the eye, otherwise you won’t get any points on this level.

Keep the ball here – On this level you just have to keep the ball within the area between the four ledges for 5 seconds. If the ball escapes, then you lose a life. The ledges will move according to your mouse (you will need practicing for this one). You +10 bonus game points for each bounce of the ball and completing the level earns you 100 game points. In the skill mode, the ball moves faster.

Click the buttons – All you have to do in this level is to click the 5 buttons which will keep moving, in the time limit of 5 seconds. If you fail, you lose a life. You get +10 game points bonus for each button clicking and 100 game points if you complete the level. In the skill mode, the buttons will become more harder to click.

Click the green button – All you have to do in this level is click the green button within 5 seconds which will keep disappearing and reappearing every second or you will lose a life. You get 100 game points for completing the level. In the skill mode, the button will be more harder to click.

Bounce the baby – In this level, you just have to bounce the baby on the ledge and prevent it from falling or you’ll lose a life. If you move the mouse to left the ledge with also move left and vise versa. You get +10 bonus game points for each bounce, and 100 game points for completing the level. In the skill mode, there will be 2 babies to bounce, which will be harder.

Pop the balloons – You have to pop all the balloons in 5 second on this level or you will lose a life. The trick is, that you first pop the balloon that goes up fast. You +7 bonus game points for each balloon, and 100 game points for completing the level. In the skill mode, there will just be alot more balloons.

Raise the flag – In this level, you have to raise the flag by moving your mouse in a clockwise movement for 5 seconds (you have to be really fast in this one). For each complete rotation, you get +5 bonus game points. If you get 85 game points, then you advance to the next level with an addition of 100 game points, but if you didn’t made 85 game points, then you lose a life. In the skill mode, you have to move your mouse in an anti-clockwise movement.

Bicycle jump – In this level, you just have to jump the bicycle to the next ledge. You can make the bicycle jump by clicking left mouse button (jump at very end of the ledge to reach the other ledge). If your bike falls down, you lose a life. You get +10 bonus game points for each jump and 100 game points for completing the level. In the skill mode, the ledges just change their position.

Helicopter - In this level you have to make the helicopter fly to to the right side of the screen. The helicopter rises when you click the left mouse button (this will require some practice). If you touch the balloons or if the helicopter falls or rises to high, you lose a life. You will earn bonus game points the longer you click the left mouse button and 100 game points for completing the level. In the skill mode, there is no change.

Reach the top – In the level you have to make the baby reach the top within 5 seconds by making it jump on the clouds. You can make the baby jump by clicking the left mouse button. If you fail, you lose a life. You get bonus game points the longer the baby is on a cloud and 100 game points if you reach the top. In the skill mode, there is no change.

Follow Up -

* You reach the skill mode after 1500 game points.

* If you lose a life before reaching the skill mode, then you have little of a chance to gain the highest score.

* You get +50 game points for clicking once on the cool comp bonus. So quickly click on it as many times as you can to get bonus game points.

* Don’t click on the cool comp bonus unless you are sure that you will not lose a life. The best timings to click on it is when it appears after you have completed a level, (when “You Did It!” appears).

 

And also, first you must conquer the baby bounce, click all the buttons, click the green button, keep the ball here, raise the flag, make a face, and pop the balloons before starting the others like the helicopter and get to top.

* The game levels never come in the same sequence. So you had better be prepared and braced for any level at any time.
